Egg Curry

If you are bored with the normal egg curry recipe that you follow, try this recipe with a difference.
Ingredients
1. eggs 4 boiled and shelled
2. tomatoes 2 finely chopped
3. onions 2 finely chopped
4. curd 2 teaspoon
5. groundnuts 1/2 cup roasted and shelled
6. poppy seeds (khuskhus) soaked in water for 15 minutes
7. read chilli powder 1 teaspoon
8. garam masala 1 teaspoon
9. cumin powder
10. corriander powder
11. clarified butter (ghee) 1 tablespoon
12. corriander leaves

Method
1. Grind groundnuts and poppy seeds with curd and keep aside.
2. heat ghee and fry finely chopped onions till golden brown.
3. add red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder and garam masala and stir for 15 seconds.
4. add tomatoes and cook till the oil is separated.
5. add curd with groundnuts and poppy seeds and cook for five minutes.
6. add a glass of water and cook till the gravy starts boiling.
7. add eggs cut into halves into the grave and cook on sim for five minutes.
8. garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis.

Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
1. rice 3 cups
2. tomatoes 3
3. onions 2
4. ginger garlic paste
5. tomato kechup
6. green chillies
7. capsicum 2
8. carrots 3
9. cabbage 1 cup
10. salt to taste
11. black pepper 1 tsp
12 vinegar 2tsp
13. soya sauce 1 tsp
14. oil 2 tablespoon

Method
1. Soak rice for an hour and boil it.
2. grind tomatoes with ginger garlic paste and green chillies
3. chop all the vegetables including onion finely into long strands.
4. heat oil in a pan and sote all the vegetables for five minutes and add tomato kechup, vinegar and soya sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
5. add tomato mixture salt and black pepper and further cook for three to four minutes then add boiled rice and mix well.
6. you can garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot.
